Trembling Hands

Meet Alexa, Enzo, Jasmine, Jordan, and Michael!

When Alexa is feeling overwhelmed, she likes to speak to her family, friends, and teachers about what she is feeling

Enzo often feels anxious at different times in the week. It hits him when he is aboutto do a speech, when he is meeting new people, and even at class excursions!

When Enzo is feeling overwhelmed, he likes to squeeze objects around him, such as stress balls, to help calm his anxious thoughts.

Enzo, along with her friends, will be found in Trembling Hands and other future children’s books
